Harry Potter new movie Order of the Phoenix:
A new trailer for the next instalment of Hogwarts' famous boy wizard, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, has been released. The film is the fifth in the series of adaptations from JK Rowling's famous series of books about the boy wizard and his friends. The trailer appears to show a much darker film than previous efforts, with Harry declaring at one point: "If Voldemort is building up an army, then I want to fight." It also shows the beginning of Harry's first on-screen kiss with co-star Katie Leung, who plays his girlfriend Cho Chang. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is released on July 13.

Rowling is in talks with Universal Studios to authorize a new attraction at Islands of Adventure, in Orlando, featuring the teenage wizard. While the buzz is enough to people excited, Harry Potter fans must wait until July 21 to read what will happen to the teenage wizard in the seventh and final chapter of the popular book series. But they may need to wait even longer for Universal Orlando to confirm whether a Harry Potter attraction is in the works for its Central Florida theme park

The images released show Lord Voldermort (played by Rallph Fiennes) and Beatrix Lestrange (Helena Bonham Carter). In one image, Voldermort is seen breathing fire, whilst another shows Lestrange chained to a wooden beam whilst imprisoned at Azkaban.The fifth film will see Harry Potter battle Voldermort at the Ministry of Magic. Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix will be released in July.The final Harry Potter book – Harry potter and The Deathly hallows – will also be released in July.

Harry Potter postage stamps

Boy wizard Harry Potter is going Gallic by appearing on a set of French of stamps and stationery.
From 17 March, Harry - decked out in Hogwarts uniform - will be on stamps for domestic priority mail.

His friend Ron Weasley appears on stamps for slow domestic mail, while Hermione Granger's image is used for international mail.

The seventh and final book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, will be published 21 July.

Four hit movies have been adapted from the Potter books. The fifth instalment, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, is scheduled for release 13 July.

France is not the first country to put Harry Potter on a stamp. Australia, the Isle of Man and Taiwan are among those who have issued stamps honouring the hero of JK Rowling's books.

History of Harry potter Publishing

1990: JK Rowling has the idea for Harry Potter while she is on the train from Manchester to King's Cross. She begins writing what will become Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone that evening.
1995: JK Rowling fi nishes the fi rst book and types it out on an old typewriter. She sends it to an agent and a publisher. Several publishers reject the novel. Her literary agent warns her, 'You do realise, you will never make a fortune writing children's books?'
1997: Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone is published by Bloomsbury .
1998: In July, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets goes straight into the No. 1 slot in BookTrack's bestseller list. In September , the retitled Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone is published in the USA.
2000: In June, JK Rowling is awarded an OBE. In July, 'Pottermania' takes hold as bookstores worldwide begin holding events to coincide with the midnight release of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. It breaks all records to become the fastest-selling book ever.
2003: The word 'muggle' is added to the OED: 'a person who possesses no magical powers. Hence: a person who lacks a particular skill or skills.'
To date, the books have sold more than 300 million copies and been translated into 47 languages; more than any other book except the Bible.
